BBQ Grill
Spring and summer herald warm nights and Ski Club Friday Night Cookout Season.  Please contact Judy Spencer at 256-772-9026 or email: Spencer to sign up as a host/hostess for one of our favorite traditions.  Sign-up early to schedule the date that best fits your schedule. The host/ hostess will furnish plates, cups, utensils, drinks, ice, and a grill. Guests bring a dish to share, their own meat to grill, and a lawn chair.  Cookouts usually begin at 6:00 pm.

         Travel East on US I-565 & Hwy 72 over the mountain

         Turn Left onto Moores Mill Road

Description:  After another successful ski season, its time to kick back and relax in the sun or shade (if you prefer). Come hike, bike, swim, sail, water ski, or whatever you desire during an afternoon and evening at the Breeden’s house on Tims Ford Lake in Winchester, TN. For those who are interested in visiting Lynchburg, the local radio show featuring live bluegrass entertainment begins at 10 am at the BBQ Caboose Cafe.  You also may have time to tour the famous Jack Daniels Distillery, a great tour if you have not done it before.  Outdoor and lake events start around 3 pm; cookout starts at 6 pm.  Bring something to grill and something to share.

 

Directions: (From Huntsville)

         Go north on Hwy 431 to Fayetteville, TN

·         Turn right on Hwy 64 Bypass (E) toward Winchester

·         Turn left on Hwy 50 East toward Lynchburg

·         After about 13 miles

·         Turn right at COOP & Shell Station

·         Follow Hwy 50 East toward Tim’s Ford Dam

·         After 8 more miles, Turn left onto Galloway Ln

·         After 1.5 miles, turn Right on Evans Rd

·         At the white church bear left onto Beech Hill Drive

·         We are the second house on the left
