...The Huntsville Ski Club currently offers two "Classes of Membership" to our general members.  They are: (1) "Member" and (2) "Family Member."  All memberships are for a one year period beginning September 1 through August 31 for any membership year.  Members are entitled to attend all meetings, functions and activities of the club, including Board of Directors meetings.  Each "Member" and "Family Member" eighteen years of age or older is entitled to vote in the election of the Board of Directors and on other club business.

A "Member" membership entitles one adult person to participate in all club activities.  Sorry, no children, or grandchildren, nor guest of any kind with this membership class.  Members holding a "Member" membership who desire to bring an immediate family member may upgrade to a "Family Member" membership for the remaining term of their enrollment.  Currently, there is no proration of membership dues.

A "Family Member" means "Any family unit (husband and/or wife and dependent children)..."  Membership entitles the "Family Member" to bring their entire immediate family.  Sorry no grandchildren, significant others or guest unless they have their own membership.

...Currently the HSC does not offer discounted memberships for multiyear memberships, student memberships, single parent memberships, military, AAA, or AARP discounted memberships. 

...In addition to receiving the newsletter, The Flakey News, in full color via download from our web site, the HSC offers hard copy "snail mail" delivery right to your door .  The cost is nominal and covers printing and mailing fees.  Hard copies are generally received before the 15th of the month.
