The Telluride 2012 Trip turned out great...
We had over 30"of new snow from the beginning to the end. What more could a skier want. On top of that we had several bluebird blue sky days. This makes the ride down the gondola over looking the town and the views [from See For Every] breath-taking... Everyone really enjoyed both the Icehouse House and the Camel's Garden. Not only are these really nice properties but, the location to everything could not have been any better. We had a pizza party, a sit-down dinner and a Champagne-and-Sweets Toast the last night.
The nights without a group function everyone made their own groups for dinner or happy hour. Sorry to say we had one injury. Eileen Luther had to be flown to Grand Junction due to a head injury. She has cross sided vision. She is doing better and the recovery time will be up to six months. We all wish her and her family the best. I know she would want to tell everyone to wear a helmet (she was).
Our post trip party will be early spring...
Thanks to everyone who went on the trip. I already have people asking about the next one.
