With the calendar year just getting started, temperature still dipping into the 30's and ski trips coming to an end, it is hard to think much about cookouts yet, and backyard BBQ's. However, the calendar does fill up quickly.  So, plan accordingly.  Remember The Huntsville Ski Club will help pay for incidentals!

What do you need to do?
...Here is some guidelines to receive reimbursement:

• Volunteer and sign-up as a "Cookout Host" with the Social Director
• Arrange a date to have the cookout/BBQ
• Submit a written statement or an email to the Board of Directors requesting reimbursement and include:
  • Statement that you hosted a cookout and include the date
  • No receipts are necessary.
  • Identify where your check should be mailed if different than HSC records

And... if you could provide just a short write-up of your event and a couple of pictures for our newsletter and web site that would be great.
