Ski Club Members,
At the last Board Meeting Huntsville Ski Club ski trips for 2013 were approved for - Snowmass, Copper Mountain, Salt Lake City,  Sun Valley and Schweitzer Mountain.  A wonderful selection of trips!

Remember for the trips to happen ten people need to sign up for each trip before the end of July.  As an added incentive the signup fee is reduced to $15 for that time period.  All the details about each trip are included in this newsletter.

In addition other great things are being planned.  In June there is a wine tasting and a Bear Creek Canoe/Kayak trip and on July 4th a barbecue.  The Bowling outing for August is almost sold out.  In October there will be a casserole cook off.

This is the time of year for our Friday night cookouts.  Look at your calendar and call Harriett Dobbins to reserve your time to host one.  Don’t forget the tennis on Saturdays and the biking during the week.

I haven’t even mentioned the Membership party in September, the Holiday Party in December, the cruise in 2013.  To keep up with all of the happenings you must read your newsletter and enews.

The Board did decide to go with a quarterly newsletter instead of a monthly one.  In between newsletters the enews and the web site will be your primary source of information.  So stay alert, read your enews and check out the web often so that you will not miss out on any of the Ski Club Activities.

Don’t forget that the July meeting will be on Thursday night July 19.  Mark your calendars for that change in meeting date now.
